Tenants frequently request permission to make alterations (or physical improvements) to their premises. Because such changes generally add to the building’s appearance, we are happy to do our best to accommodate these requests. However, there are certain rules that are in place to regulate such work and must be followed for the protection of all parties.
Construction of any kind can only be conducted in the building if the work is approved by the Landlord. Please review your Lease and submit any project requests to the Property Manager in writing.
