The Cove is proud to offer Concierge services provided by Capitol Concierge.
Your life is busy and we are here to help! Your Cove Concierge will research, arrange and coordinate a wide variety of services. The research and arrangements are FREE, you only pay the service provider for service you authorize.
Currently our top five Concierge Requests are:
- Home Services (moving renovations, cleaning, junk removal & landscaping)
- Travel (weekend getaways, spring breaks, family reunions and more)
- Personal Services (salon/spa/physical therapy, fitness training and pet grooming)
- Special Occasions (flowers, balloons, gift baskets and gifts for someone special)
- Social Distancing (virtual events for friends and family)
To Submit a Concierge Request:
- Click the "Request Service" quick link, accessible to the top right of every page on this site.
- From the drop down menu, select "The Cove Amenities/Concierge" option.
- Login with your Tenant Center login. Once logged in, make sure that "The Cove Amenities/Concierge" building is the building you are logged in under. If it's not and it defaults to the building your suite is in, click the green "Choose Building" option to switch.
- From the Tenant Center Home page, select "Request Service" to access the concierge options and submit your request. Make sure to include all pertinent information in the Request Description, to assist your Concierge in completing your request. Once submitted, the Concierge will be in touch to confirm arrangements.
To Register for Concierge Access:
- If you don't currently have Tenant Center access, click the "Register" quick link, and then select "The Cove Amenities/Concierge" option from the drop down.
- It will ask if you are a Tenant, - click "Yes", then enter in the requested contact info.
- Click Submit and Management will be in touch shortly after with your Concierge Tenant Center login.
