Tenant Center Registration Video:

Tenant Center Access will allow you to:
  • Submit & track service requests, request concierge services and amenity reservations. Note: Access to complete these options is based on the property’s app subscriptions and may not be available for all tenants. 
  • Customize notification options - receive information via email and/or text!
  • View & manage your contact information.
  • Sign up for notifications containing critical property information such as updated policies, security procedures, building closings, etc.!
  • Receive alerts pertaining to the latest news about the surrounding area like weather and traffic conditions!
  • Stay current and improve your involvement in crucial property initiatives like sustainability and preparedness campaigns!
  • Learn more and take better advantage of the available amenities and affinity programs at your property!


Need Access?

  1. Click on the “Register” quick link on the Home page of The Cove Tenant Portal at www.tenants.covessf.com, and select your building from the drop down menu.
  2. From the Tenant Center login page, click the "Request Account" link.
  3. Enter your contact information and click “Submit”. Your account request will then be sent to Management for review.  
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive your login credentials via email. You can then login to the Tenant Center, update your password, and review and update your contact information and notification preferences.

How to submit a Service Request:

  1. To login to the Tenant Center - from the tenants.covessf.com Home page, click Request Service, then select your building from the drop down menu;
  2. Once logged in, select "Service Requests" - "Request Service";
  3. Select the appropriate service type;
  4. Enter the location and a brief description relating to the request. Please enter any and all information that will assist management in locating and addressing the request.

How to submit an Amenity Reservation:

  1. To login to the Tenant Center - from the tenants.covessf.com Home page, click Request Service, then select The Cove Amenities building from the drop down menu;
  2. If you are already logged into the Tenant Center under your actual building - click the "Choose your Building" icon to the right of the home page and switch to the Cove Amenities building.
  3. Once logged in, Select "Reservation" - "Request Reservation";
  4. Choose “Select” next to the Amenity you would like to reserve;
  5. Enter the details of your reservation.

How to submit a Concierge Request:

  1. From the tenants.covessf.com Home page, click Request Service, then select The Cove Amenities building from the drop down menu;
  2. If you are already logged into the Tenant Center under your actual building - click the "Choose your Building" icon to the right of the home page and switch to the Cove Amenities building.
  3. Once logged in, Select "Service Requests" - "Request Service";
  4. Select the appropriate concierge category;
  5. Enter your location and a detailed description relating to the request. Please enter any and all information that will assist the concierge in completing your request.
